From Resilience to Hope: Shine the Light of Jewish Values in 2025

Jan 1, 2025

As we reflect on 2024, I know one thing for sure – we couldn’t have done any of this without the encouragement of so many of you on this email chain. Your support, collaboration, and belief in The Heart Monitors (THM) have meant the world to me.

2024 has been full – and fulfilling. We’ve:

- Published articles, appeared on TV and podcasts, diving into how feelings drive brands, movements, and meaningful conversations.

-Developed innovative feelings driven market research launching over 300 pulses to expose the true feelings of Gen Z when the world seemed to not want to listen

- Raised funds and launched initiatives like “Don’t Hate, Debate” and “Comics for Conversation.”

- Built a coalition of incredible partners– and genuinely enjoy working together.

- Focused on expanding our Feelings IP (stay tuned!).

- Partnered with amazing brands and non-profits to craft feelings-driven strategies that forge emotional connections and drive action.

I’m thrilled to share my latest article, published this morning in The Times of Israel furthering our thesis about the importance of celebrating Brand Judaism —our shared values to mitigate Jewish hate and focusing on positivity. We must stop only fighting against but rather fighting for something.

As we move into 2025, the world may feel chaotic – the intensity of extreme feelings and the “all or nothing” mindset can feel exhausting. But today, I feel “hopeful.” I believe that feelings, when acknowledged and validated  can drive positive change.
